1- All rights concerning the use of films, videos, photographs, sound recordings made during the period and on the festival premises are reserved for the organizers.

2- The civil liability of the organizer is ensured during the duration of the Festival. On the other hand, it is not responsible for the damage done to people and property by the members of the choirs, each group having to have its own insurance policy.

3- The organizers reserve the right to modify the provisional program of the festival if necessary.

4- Any complaint concerning the rules of the festival and its application should be addressed to the organizers who specify that only the text of the original rules in English is valid in cases of dispute.

5- Cases not provided for by the present rules will be submitted to the organizing committee of the festival.
